Colombo: The Indian team's fast bowler Deepak Chahar took to Instagram to share a picture with the fans, in which the image of Lord Shiva is made in the shape of clouds. He has reached Sri Lanka with the Indian team on Monday.
He has shared a picture of clouds taken from his hotel room in Colombo with fans on Tuesday evening. In this picture, Lord Shiva is seen in the form of clouds. Chahar wrote in the caption along with the photo, "Friends, can you see what I am trying to show?
Meanwhile, the Shikhar Dhawan-led Indian squad reached Colombo for a three-ODI and three-T20I series and will undergo a week-long quarantine at the Taj Samudra Hotel here.
According to a statement from SLC, the team will be in room quarantine at Taj Samudra from June 29 to July 1. They will then be allowed to practice within quarantine from July 2 to 4.
Team India is currently staying a week-long quarantine in Colombo (the capital of Sri Lanka). Shikhar Dhawan will lead the Indian team during the series of T20 and ODI matches. At the same time, Rahul Dravid, popularly known as The Wall, will play the role of head coach.
After the post of Deepak Chahar, a large number of fans wrote the name of Lord Shiva. Sister Malti Chahar also wrote in response, "Har Har Mahadev."
On the Sri Lanka tour, the Indian team have will play three ODIs and three T20 Internationals from July 13 to 25. The Indian squad comprises 20 players and five net bowlers. The first match is to be held on July 13. The Sri Lankan team is currently on a tour of England, will return to Sri Lanka soon after finishing the ODI series against the hosts.
