Secrets of ‘Baahubali 2 that will blow your mind

New Delhi: Baahubali 2 is all set to hit theaters screens on April 28 and it's surely a treat for Indian cinema lovers and with this, we would get the answer to the nation-wide question- Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali. But before Baahubali releases we have listed a few unknown facts that could throw light on what could happen in Baahubali sequel

Sivagami’s attire

Queen mother Sivagami passed away at the start of the 1st part: In which queen was seen wearing a green saree with a red border. But in the trailer for ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’,  she can be seen in the same attire presenting a baby - Mahendra Baahubali - to the people. Surprisingly, in the post credit scene of the Baahubali's 1st part, the queen was seen in the same saree sadly caressing someone, which is most possibly the corpse of Amarendra Baahubali. Which hints at Baahubali’s death, Mahendra’s announcement as the successor and Sivagami’s demise happened on the same day.

Prabhas played a triple role

Prabhas played a dual character of father and son in the 1st part, not many noticed that Prabhas also played the role of grandfather as well! In the 1st part, a painting of King Dharmendra Baahubali was shown, which looks almost similar to Prabhas. This makes clear that the actor actually played three characters in the film. Fans can also expect more surprises in the upcoming film.

Kattappa met Mahendra Baahubali right after killing his father

The slave warrior, Kattappa stabbed the king Amarendra Baahubali in the back while at war. But in the post-credits scene of the 1st part of the Baahubali, Kattappa returns to the palace heavy-hearted and battle-worn, he can be seen drenched in blood with some injuries on his head. Interestingly, Kattappa had the same injuries during a flashback scene, where he recognises Mahendra Baahubali and places the baby's feet on his forehead. Which hints that Kattappa met the child after killing his father.

Stolen army secrets that were never used

Sivagami’s aide stole the Mahishmati's army secrets to probably sell them to the barbaric Kalakeyas. All though, Baahubali and Bhallaladeva tried to catch him but failed as both reached a little late and information was already sent across with the help of a messenger dove. With the army secrets and strength in numbers, the Kalakeyas must have surely defeated the Mahishmati warriors. But interestingly, this did not happen and Kalakeyas they attacked without tact. So the question is who received the secrets of the Mahishmati army? This hints Kalakeyas might attack once again, this time, with the secrets revealed to them.

Bhallaladeva was already king before Amarendra Baahubali died

In the promo video which was released in 2014 before Baahubali had a scene where Prabhas aka Amarendra Baahubali was displaying his swordsmanship in the royal courtroom and in the background, it was Bhallaladeva sitting on the throne. But at the end of the 1st part, it was Baahubali who was declared king. So it raises a question how the reign of theMahishmati's kingdom passed from Baahubali to Bhallaladeva while keeping the crowned king alive. This will be revealed in the 2nd part which is releasing this April 28
