Arpta Singh: Sunita Gupta, who is a resident of Delhi, hails from Uttar Pradesh. She was a spiritual person from childhood itself and was always curious to explore the spiritual world more and more. Things were going smooth in her life and she was happy with her life. She used to live happily with her three daughters and had no complaint in life.
But her curiosity to know about God inclined her towards meditation. She was introduced to meditation by her sister, who was already practicing Rajyoga meditation. Sunita's sister who was once suffering from depression after her husband's death, recovered after practicing meditation. She shared her experience with her sister Sunita and this increased her interest in meditation.
After her sister's suggestion, Sunita started practicing meditation out of curiosity. She started finding peace. She started it with 7 days free of cost Rajyoga meditation course and continued it regularly.
There was a time in her life when she was suffering from major skin problems. She used to have a sleepless night and this made her short-tempered as well. Her short-tempered attitude also disrupted the peace of her family members and regular arguments became part of her life.
In spite of all the adverse situations in her house, she continued her meditation practice and it gave her mental strength to deal with her illness. She started noticing changes in her attitude and her approach towards life become positive.
But life took a twist when she was diagnosed with the fourth stage of cancer and all her family members got shattered. After diagnosis, she was told that she has a tumour in her kidney and her life span is very less. Her daughters couldn't control and broke down.
Despite her deteriorating physical health, Sunita continued to practice Rajyoga meditation. As part of her meditation, she used to do a special meditation for improving her physical health. She used to concentrate on all her body organs and generate a positive vibration for it.
This practice gave her immense strength and she became fearless and extremely positive. She was fighting the battle positively and all her relatives were amazed to see her attitude under such a critical situation.
Doctors suggested to her that she will have to lose her one kidney. She was not at all worried and overcame the situation bravely.
Surprisingly, 10 days after her surgery she was back to her normal life and started her meditation practice. Now she hardly takes any medicine and is inspiring many others to live life strongly.
Keep it up, Sunita Gupta!
