Alwar: A 77-year-old Rajasthani man is ready to take his class 10 board exam for the 47th time. Shiv Charan Chaudhary, a resident of Khohari village in Rajasthan's Alwar district, has been burning lamps since 46 years in rehashed endeavors to clear his secondary school examinations. But he has failed in all his attempts till date, the Times of India reported. However, his failures have not hindered his dedication towards his goal. Infact, he is so dedicated that he decided not to marry until he cleared the examination. Though the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) class 10 examination has proved to be a tough nut for him to crack, he is confident enough that, his dedication will pay off this time. Chaudhary first took the exam in 1968, but he failed that year. "Each time it so happens that I pass in some subjects, but fail in others," he told TOI. The time when he almost cleared the examination was 21 years ago in 1995, when he passed in all the subjects except Mathematics. He is now going to appear in the secondary examinations on March 10.
