New Delhi, News24 Bureau, Sep 20: Update on Jet Airways Mumbai-Jaipur flight incident: Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu had ordered to conduct an enquiry into the incident as soon as he heard about it. Accordingly, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) is conducting an enquiry into the incident.

Breaking News: As reported by ANI, a shocking news came to light on Thursday morning which highlights the callousness of the Jet Airways crew. 

A Jet Airways Mumbai-Jaipur flight was turned back to Mumbai mid-air today as, during the climb, crew forgot to select switch to maintain cabin pressure. 30 out of 166 passengers experienced nose and ear bleeding, some also complained of a headache. They're are being treated at Mumbai airport.

The crew has been taken off duty and Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has started an investigation, said Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) . 

The flight’s cockpit crew has been taken off scheduled duties pending investigation. The airline is making alternative flight arrangements for guests on this flight: Jet Airways Spokesperson.

He further informed, "Jet Airways Mumbai-Jaipur flight today made an air turn back due to loss in cabin pressure. The aircraft, with 166 guests&5 crew landed normally in Mumbai. All guests were deplaned safely. First aid was administered to guests who complained of bleeding nose etc."
