Now, Rohilkhand University gets dress code for teachers, officials

Uttar Pradesh, March 24: Soon after introducing a dress code in Vikas Bhawan, Collectrate, now MJP Rohilkhand University has also got a dress code. The dress code directive will be implemented not only on employees but also on teachers and university officials as well. 


According to the new dress code, the officials, teachers and employees will not be allowed to wear jeans and t-shirts. If they ever come in jeans and t-shirt to the university during office hours, they will not be allowed any entry to the premises of the university. 

The rule does not end here, they will also not be allowed to wear slippers and sandals as well in the university premises. 


Registrar at the Rohilkhand University, Mr Lal Maurya has issued orders here on Thursday regarding the dress code to be followed in the university. 


The move has caused panic among teachers and employees as most of them wear jeans and t-shirts. There are some teachers who only wear jeans. 


Lal Maurya said, "the step has been taken as per the instruction of the government."
