He is young, chased by girls, stlyish, agressive young captain of Indian cricket team. He rules the heart of crores of Indians. On Monday he got yet another award. News 24 honoured him with Jashn-e-Youngistan Samman for youth Icon of the Year. The award, given by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, was received by Virat's brother Vikas Kohli as the the Indian captain was busy defeating sri Lanka in Nagpur.
A right-handed batsman, often regarded as one of the best in the world, Kohli was ranked eighth in ESPN's list of world's most famous athletes in 2016. He plays for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League (IPL), and has been the team's captain since 2013. He is known for his dependable and powerful batting style and has single-handedly won several matches for India.
