New Delhi, June 12: Xiaomi's Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro will launch in India today. As per teasers and leaks we get to know that the new Mi9T will have an in-display fingerprint scanner, NFC support and will have a pop-up selfie camera. Speculations are also there that it might bring back the 3.5 audio jack.
Xiaomi will launch the Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro at multiple events in different cities in India today.
As per the speculated features it seems that the both the variants Mi 9T are re branded variants of the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro respectively.
The Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro are also confirmed to sport a 48-megapixel sensor along with a Snapdragon processor. It will also pack a 4,000mAh battery.
Xiaomi Mi 9T, Mi 9T Pro price:
The Mi 9T is available on a Bulgarian website where its 6GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs 30, 900. As of now, the phone comes with only one colour option, black.
While in Philippines, the Mi 9T is being sold at anywhere between PHP 19,000 (roughly Rs. 25,500) and PHP 21,000 (roughly Rs. 28, 100), depending on the on board storage.
The Mi 9T Pro' s global price hasn't been leaked so far, but its China variant Redmi K20 Pro (6GB + 64GB) carried a price tag of CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 25,200).

The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro runs on Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box with MIUI on top. The phone comes with a 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio along with Gorilla Glass protection. The Mi 9T is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM.
The Mi 9T Pro has a triple rear camera setup which sports a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens. At the front, the Mi 9T Pro features a 20-megapixel selfie camera.
Talking about the connectivity options, the Mi 9T Pro supports 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone is also expected to have an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Mi 9T Pro packs a 4,000mAh battery and is enabled with Quick Charge 4.0 support.

Talking about the connectivity, the Mi 9T supports Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port, and 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone supports fast charging up to 18W and it packs a 4,000mAh battery.
