Mi Mix 3: Hands-on video released showing dual 24MP selfie camera and more

New Delhi, October 20: Xiaomi is all set to launch its 5G smartphone Mi Mix 3 at an event in China. With just a week away from the official launch, the company has started teasing smartphone's major specifications. In the latest, the company has released a video revealing that it will feature a Samsung AMOLED display panel with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and dual 24-megapixel selfie cameras with a selfie-light placed in the slider camera.

Earlier reports confirmed that it will be Xiaomi's first smartphone to have 5G connectivity and also world's first smartphone to have 10 GB RAM

unless OPPO releases its Find X with 10 GB RAM before October 25.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 specifications (rumoured)

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is said to feature a Samsung AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC paired with 10GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

For photography, the smartphone will sport a dual 24-megapixel selfie camera with a selfie-light while the primary camera details are still to be revealed. The smartphone will have a manual slider feature for the front camera like OPPO Find X. For security, it could also have an in-display fingerprint sensor and facial recognition. The Mi Mix 3 is expected to run on Android Pie.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 price (rumoured)

As per the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 prices leaked in the past. The base model of 6GB RAM and 64GB storage will get a price tag of $510 which is roughly Rs. 37,500, while the 6GB RAM plus 128GB storage variant could be priced at $555 which calculate to Rs. 40,800. The variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will be available at a price of $600 which is around Rs. 44,100, the 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage model to get a price tag of $645 which is roughly Rs. 47,400. The price of the top-end model with 10GB RAM has not been leaked yet.
