According to scientists, everyone should have at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday which will keep you hydrated as well as help you to flush all the harmful toxins from your body. You can add a timer in your phone which will help you remind to sip up water if you forget in your busy schedule.
4 Say no to Junk
