According to scientists, everyone should have at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday which will keep you hydrated as well as help you to flush all the harmful toxins from your body. You can add a timer in your phone which will help you remind to sip up water if you forget in your busy schedule.
4 Say no to Junk
Everyone of us love to have snacks when we feel hungry, but we must replace it with the healthy snack such as coconut, dry fruits which are easy to digest and fulfills all the needs of the body as they are rich in many proteins, healthy soluble fats any many vitamins.
