It's a fact that katrina is one of the most fitness conscious actresses in the Bollywood, and one of the fittest too. The 34-year-old actress is said to be very particular about her workout sessions which she does with celebrity trainer and Pilates expert Yasmin Karachiwala.
Now Katrina has shared a video where she is seen working out on a Pilates reformer. This helps create an environment for doing various exercises in a small space. In the video she starts with simple pull ups for her abdomen, arms and back muscles then moves on to arm exercises. It is followed by a combination move for the upper body again. In fact, in the video Kaif and Karachiwala are trying Pilates moves under strict guidance of master trainer Ann Toran from New York. The focus clearly is on breath regulation. The combination of stretching and breathing control exercises not only strengthen the core but also tone up arms, calves and thighs.
Pilates has its roots in calisthenics, yoga and ballet. It not only helps in increasing flexibility, but also helps in toning up muscles in the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks.
