Kangana Ranaut in legal trouble; Aditya Pancholi files a complaint against the Manikarnika star

New Delhi, News24 Bureau, May 15: Actress Kangana Ranaut has been continuously in headlines due to the controversies revolving around her. After her war of words with Bollywood stars Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, the 'Simran' star is now in news with her alleged fight with Aditya Pancholi.

According to the reports of Hindustan Times, Aditya Pancholi has filed a police complaint against Kangana in Versova police station earlier this month.

Earlier, Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel had filed a police complaint against Aditya Pancholi, accusing him that he abused the actress, almost 10 years ago. Aditya Pancholi, in a counter action, claimed that the 'Manikarnika' star's lawyer threatened to file a rape case against him.

"We have asked both of them to record statements. We will conduct an inquiry before registering an FIR," said a senior police officer to HT.

Aditya Pancholi in a statement said, "Reacting to the defamation case, Kangana, Rangoli and their lawyer, Rizwan Siddique, decided to file the complaint. Siddique even threatened me with a rape case on January 6, 2019.”

He further added, "I submitted my application with the police against Siddique, Kangana and Rangoli earlier this month. I have submitted the video in the police station and court. Rape is the worst kind of crime that can happen [to any woman]."

Kangana earlier in a series of interviews accused Aditya Pancholi of physically and sexually abusing her during her initial days of career.
