New Delhi: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) - Apprentice registration process has been extended. Willing candidates who have not still submit their applications yet can visit the official website at official website ongcindia.com


As per the new schedule, candidates will be able to apply by May 22. 


The ONGC recruitment drive is being carried out to fill as many as 3,614 vacancies. Out of which a total number of 209 vacancies are in the Northern Sector while, 305 in Mumbai Sector, 1,434 in Western Sector, 744 in Eastern Sector, 694 in Southern Sector, 228 in Central Sector.


Only 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 passed out candidates are eligible to apply for Diploma Apprentices as per the apprenticeship Act.


Age limit 


Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on May 22, 2022. That is, the Date of Birth of the Candidate/Applicant should be between 22.05.1992 and 22.05.2004. The ONGC has given some age-related relaxations. Check here. 


There are two stages to the registration process. Part I and Part II Candidates must fill out basic information such as their name, category, and password during Part I registration. The candidate must re-enter the system using the password he established after successfully completing Part I registration using the e-mail ID. For future reference/use, candidates should remember their email address and password.


The candidate must upload a scanned photograph, offer educational qualifications, and experience credentials, and then complete the form. This is the final step in the submission process, and the candidate will be unable to amend any of the information submitted beyond this point. As a result, candidates should carefully fill out the portal's data and double-check it before submitting it.
