New Delhi: The Delhi High Court is likely to pronounce verdict on JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar's bail plea in the sedition case today.
The JNU Student's Union president is accused of raising anti-India slogans at an event on Afzal Guru in the JNU campus.
Justice Pratibha Rani had reserved the order after hearing the case on Monday.
Kanhaiya, who is currently in Tihar Jail under judicial custody, was arrested on February 12 in connection with the case.
Kanhaiya's lawyer Kapil Sibal has claimed that the anti-India slogans inside the varsity campus were raised by outisders.
Meanwhile, a forensic test ordered by Arvind Kejriwal led-government has revealed that two of the seven videos in the controversial JNU row were doctored.
According to the findings of the probe, both the videos were massively edited. While audio was superimposed on one video, the other video has several cuts in between.
