New Delhi, Nov 1: Bollywood actress Sridevi is very serious these days about her daughter Jhanvi's career in film industry. It is a known fact that Jhanvi Kapoor is set to make her debut in Bollywood very soon. However, it is not confirmed as yet who will be launching Jhanvi and when.
According to recent reports, Sridevi is very unhappy with Karan Johar as Karan has postponed the debut of Jhanvi. Jhanvi was apparently debuting in the Hindi remake of Marathi film Sairat. In the movie, Jhanvi was supposed to co-star with Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishan Khattar.
According to reports, Sairat has been postponed for now. And, this has irked Sridevi.
Meanwhile, Ishaan debuted in Iranian director Majid Majidi's Beyond The Clouds, earlier this year. Beyond The Clouds is awaiting release in India but it has toured several international film festivals.
Now, if fresh reports are to be believed, Sridevi has decided to launch Jhanvi in Mr India's sequel. And, Sridevi will also be seen along with her daughter Jhanvi in the sequel of this famous movie. Shekhar Kapoor had recently denied to direct the sequel of Mr India which came in 1987. Boney Kapoor has reportedly began work on the sequel of Mr. India. Ravi Udyawar who had directed Sridevi's Mom will reportedly direct the sequel of Mr India.
