New Delhi, Nov 23: A promising young writer-director Shashank Khaitan aptly defines the adage 'Morning Shows the Day'. Despite many successful films tucked in his belt at the early stages of his career, the promising young director has a long way to go.
Recently he impressed everyone with his film Dhadak which was the Hindi remake of award-winning Marathi blockbuster Sairat. Shashank has carved a niche of his own in the Bollywood industry with films like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
The film writer and director's work earned him a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Director. At the small age of just 17, Shashank decided to pursue a career in entertainment and soon he moved to Mumbai to turn his dreams into reality. Since then there is no looking back for this young director.
