Jai ho..Virat blasts 34th ODI century, breaks another record

New Delhi, Feb 7: After humiliating defeat in the Test series against South Africa, Indian skipper Virat Kohli is back with a bang in the one day series. In ODI series he is batting like a man possessed  in the ODI series. On Wednesday Virat blasted his second century in the ODI series, scoring 100 off just 119 balls. It is Kohli's 34th ODI century.  

It was Virat's second century against South Africa in South Africa while third against the Proteas overall.  This is Kohli's 11th century as captain, with this he broke Ganguly's record of 10 centuries as captain. Now Kohli is 15 centuries away from breaking Sachin Tendulkar's record of 49 ODI centuries.

Earlier, South Africa stand-in skipper Aiden Markram won the toss and put India in to bat in the third One-day International (ODI) of the six-match series at Newlands here on Wednesday. Already 0-2 down, the hosts brought in pace sensation Lungi Ngidi and wicketkeeper-batsman Heinrich Klaasen in place of chinaman Tabraiz Shamsi and injured Quinton de Kock. India, on the other hand, are playing with the same playing XI for the third consecutive time.
