Into the voters' heart through Rs 10 Thali named 'Atal Jan Ahar Yojna'

New Delhi, Dec 26: The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) launched 'Atal Jan Aahar Yojana' from Monday wherein poori-sabji, poori-chole, rajma-chalwal, kadhi-chawal, dal-chawal and sabzi will be provided in menu. The cost of the thaali will be only Rs 10.

On the occasion of the 93rd birthday of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) on Monday launched a new scheme for the poor that will allow them to purchase a meal for Rs 10 from the civic body's kiosks during the day.
The sheme is named after the BJP legendary leader and former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee known as the Atal Jan Aahar Yojana. Under this scheme there will be accessibility of a nutritious full meal to the needy. The Yojana will be implemented in a phased manner.

The scheme was started at kiosks in five different locations of south Delhi.
