Kolkata: While campaigning for the BJP in Cooch Behar district in the midst of the ongoing West Bengal Election 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Mamata Banerjee.
During a rally held in Cooch Behar district, PM Modi said in a sarcastic tone, "Didi is asking the question whether BJP is God who has come to know that BJP is getting a big win in the first two phases. PM Modi also slammed Mamata Banerjee for calling on the minorities to vote for the Trinamool Congress (TMC).
"Recently you (Mamata Banerjee) said that all Muslims should unite, do not let the votes be divided. You are saying this means that you are convinced that the Muslim vote bank has also left you," PM Modi said.
During his address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi added, "Didi's government has neglected the real power of tourism and heritage here. That is how infrastructure projects like highways, railways and airports will be stopped by Didi's government. How can tourism Will it increase?
