New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices increased yet again on Sunday. The price of petrol in the country has gone up by about 29 paise and the price of diesel by 28 paise.


Petrol and diesel prices have increased due to the increase in crude oil prices. The price of crude oil WTI has increased to $ 71.40 per barrel. At the same time, the price of Brent oil has increased to $ 73.19 per barrel.


In the national capital Delhi, the price of petrol reached Rs 97.22 per liter on Sunday while the price of diesel has reached Rs 87.97 per liter.


In the other big metros of the country, the price of petrol in Mumbai has reached Rs 103.36 per liter and the price of diesel has reached Rs 95.44 per liter. In Chennai, on Sunday, petrol is available at Rs 98.40 per liter and diesel at Rs 92.58 per liter.


Petrol in Kolkata is available on Sunday at Rs 97.12 per liter and diesel at Rs 90.82 per liter. Apart from this, petrol is available at Rs 105.43 per liter and diesel at Rs 96.65 per liter in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh.


In Bihar's capital Patna, on Sunday, petrol is available at Rs 99.28 per liter and diesel is available at Rs 93.30 per liter. In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, here on Sunday, petrol is available at Rs 94.42 per liter and diesel at Rs 88.38 per liter.


On Sunday, petrol is available in Chandigarh at Rs 93.50 per liter and diesel at Rs 87.62 per liter. Apart from this, petrol is available in Bangalore at Rs 100.47 per liter and diesel at Rs 93.26 per liter. At the same time, petrol is available at Rs 93.13 per liter and diesel at Rs 92.86 per liter in Ranchi on Sunday.
