New Delhi, News24 Bureau, Jan 10: They may not look like Indians if you go just by their outside persona, but if you peep inside this exterior self, they are more Indian than most of us. They speak impeccable Hindi, knows more shlokas than an average India, pronounce Sanskrit words perfectly, display yoga poses flawlessly and describes Hinduism beautiful. Duo Sadhvi Bhagwati Saraswati and Sadhvi Om Prabha gave an insightful meaning of being India. Main highlights:

-People are not looking for religion, not dogmas. And religion today is separating us, not uniting us.
-I'm connected to the truth of religion, I'm not dogmatic and this religion connects me to the Lord.
-Our religion teaches us that this body is not ours.
- I've been a student of psychology, specifying in neurology and therefore I know the root cause of stress and depression.
-Watch your thoughts, thoughts are everything. Mind is everything.
-If a machine can scan your mind without touching you. This means that what is happening inside your mind is not just happening inside you, it is getting reflected outside.

- I can explain to you what effect a mind can have outside.
-Non-vegetarian food is not good for health and mind. We are keeping 15 people starving when we eat non veg. The food consumed by that animal can fed 15 bellies.
-Don't be religious, don't be spiritual; be a good human being.
