Engineers of the railway construction department associated with this project say that two sections have been made between Hansdiha to Pirpainti.
The first section is Godda from Hansdiha and the second section is Godpati from Godda. Preparations are on to run the train in the Hansdiha-Godda section. The train is also running till Podaihat. Train service will start as soon as CRS inspection is approved. A train has already been announced for this. The rail line had not yet reached Godda. This is the first rail line that will go to Godda. Till now road is the only option to go to Godda from Bhagalpur or elsewhere.
