According to the data released this morning by the Ministry of Health, 2 lakh 739 new coronavirus cases were reported across the country over the last one day. During this time, 1038 people have lost their lives while 93 thousand 528 people have recovered from coronavirus in the 24 hours.
Earlier, on Tuesday (April 13), 1 lakh 84 thousand 372 new Covid-19 cases were reported. Since October 2 last year, the most number of infected people have died in the past day.
According to the Ministry of Health, 1 crore 40 lakh 74 thousand 564 cases of coronavirus have been reported so far in the country. At the same time, 1 crore 24 lakh 29 thousand 564 people have been cured.
So far, one lakh 73 thousand 123 patients have lost their lives due to coronavirus. At present, 1471877 people are undergoing treatment.
