New Delhi: Due to the worsening situation of the coronavirus pandemic in the country, the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Board has canceled the ICSE examination 2021.
According to the official notification issued by the ICSE, the ICSE Class 10 examination 2021 has been canceled. Earlier, the ISCE had decided to postpone ICSE, ISC 2021.
However, due to the rapid increase in COVID-19 cases in the country, the ICSE Board Exam 2021 has been canceled and ISC examinations have been postponed. The revised dates of ISC exam 2021 will be decided in June 2021. The decision comes after the students called for the postponement of the ISCE Board Exam 2021.

"In view of the current worsening situation of COVID 19 pandemic in the country, the Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has decided to cancel the ICSE Class X 2021 examination," the CISCE official announcement said.
"The circular dated April 16, 2021 has been withdrawn. The safety and well-being of our students and teaching faculty is our top priority and paramount,'' the statement added.
