Cop in J-K police, working as OGW for militants, held in Shopian

Srinagar: A cop of Jammu and Kashmir Police (working as over ground worker [OGW] for militants) held by forces from Zainapora area of Shopian in South Kashmir.

As per sources, the police personnel was posted in Awantipora.

Police has recovered 4 pistols, 6 grenades and other ammunition from him in Safakadal area of Srinagar.

Sources further revealed that the police personnel was affiliated with militants. 

Further investigation is underway.
