A 11-year-old boy from Bihar urged state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to admit him in the private school as his parents cannot afford to transfer him from government school.

Patna:A 11-year-old boy from Bihar urged state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to admit him in the private school as his parents cannot afford to transfer him from government school. The boy studying in Class 6 appealed to the CM when the latter was on a tour to his native village of Kalyanbigha in Nalanda district to attend his wife's death anniversary.


Later the boy told media reporters that the CM had agreed for the admission.


The boy named Sonu said his father is a drunkard who spends all of the money to buy alcohol. The boy who is studying in just Class 6 said he has been earning through giving coaching classes to the students of Angawadi to Class 5.


He said he could not pay the school fee owing to which he is having issue in attempting annual exams.


The boy implied that all he wants is the education which cannot be acknowledged in government schools. Referring to his schools, he said there is an English teacher who cannot even read sentences.


He said his vision is to become an IAS-IPS officer.
