India v West Indies, 2nd Test: Hosts in worry after losing three quick wickets

Kingston: Pacer Ishant Sharma claimed two wickets off successive deliveries to give India a dream start in the second Test against the West Indies, in Jamaica, on Saturday.

Ishant claimed the wicket of Kraigg Brathwaite (1) and Darren Bravo off successive deliveries to leave the hosts tottering at 4 for 2 after three overs.

On the very first ball of the sixth over, Mohammed Shami got a thick edge off Chandrika's (5) bat, which was caught sharply by Rahul at fine gully.

Earlier, West Indies skipper Jason Holder won the toss and elected to bat in the second Test against India at the Sabina Park here on Saturday.

After losing the first Test in Antigua by a whopping innings and 92 runs, the hosts have handed young pacer Miguel Cummins his Test debut, replacing all-rounder Carlos Brathwaite on a green track.

India, on the other hand, brought in opener Lokesh Rahul in place of injured Murali Vijay.
