High-level meet at HM Rajnath Singh's residence to discuss Sukma and J&K attacks

New Delhi: Keeping in mind the seriouness of the twin issues of the Sukma and Jammu and Kashmir attack, a high level meeting was held at Home Ministr Rajnath Singhs residence. 25 CRPF jawans lost their lives in the Maoist attack at Chattisgarh, one among the most deadly attacks by Maoist. Apart from the Home Minister  Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi, DG CRPF RR Bhatnagar, IB Rajiv Jain and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval were also present.

After the Sukma attack RR Bhatnagar was appointed as the DG of CRPF.

Last week also three army personnel, including an officer were killed in an ARmy Attack camp in Kupwara. The signals across the country regarding safety and security is wrong and it's high time that some major steps are taken to thrawt the nefarious designs of the terror outfits.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh asked to improve the situation in Jammu & Kashmir at the earliest, in the high level meeting held today
