Intermittent fasting: know how it is helpful in weight loss

NEW DELHI (DIVYA SAINI): Know how you can get rid of the waste siting inside your body, which will give your internal body a great bath. Once this process of bathing happens you will automatically lose weight, have clearer skin, have lots of energy and a healthy lifestyle.

Do you know what happens to your body when you eat food? You might know that it first enters your stomach, which helps the food to break and enters to your intestine and later excretes in the form of waste. But you ever thought that every food you eat doesn’t take same amount of time to digest.

Even before you will be able to digest the last food you ate we eat more food to digest which means the last meal left undigested which causes fungus, decays and toxins inside our intestines. Which means the Pizza you ate months before might still be inside your intestine in the form of a waste which leads to many diseases such as Cysts, PCOD, constipation, asthma, diabetes, acne, cholesterol etc. But do you know the human Body has healing power which can remove the toxins and cure all the diseases.

By Intermittent fasting you can help your body to stay protected from all the diseases. The healing power usually gets busy in digesting food so the healing stops and other process begins. We constantly eat in every 2 to 3 hours. If you want this healing power of yours to actually heal you, you need to give your digestion process a break and that will be possible only when you perform intermittent fasting every day. 

According to Ayurveda you must give your stomach a 16 hour break every day. That means you must consume fluids which are easy to digest. It’s totally up to you which hour you want to fast.

Don’t forget your body itself is a healer so use it in a right way
