Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has launched a helpline number to provide professional help to the students dealing with the stress of upcoming high school and higher secondary examinations.
In an official notification, the board said in a bid to do away with the mental pressure of the students, counselling will be provided by the psychological counselors. The helpline number will be toll-free and operative from 8 in the morning till 8 in the evening. Students can call on the helpline number even on the holidays.
It further said the decision has been taken to help students to manage their anxiety that occurs before the conduction of examination and lasts even after the result declaration. Hence, the students can inquire about the career options after school and get guidance on how to apply for multiple colleges.
Through this number, the students can get other important information regarding their examination. They can even share their health-related problems or questions and get advice on their diet. The counsellors will also help students to clear out the COVID-19 related questions.
The toll- free helpline number that is provided by MPBSE is 18002330175. Students can seek any kind of help through this number.
