Hat’s off: This nurse’s son is first to score 100% in JEE Main

New Delhi: This young boy from a very humble background is the first one to score full marks, 360 out of 360 in Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) 2017 for admission in IITs and other Engineering colleges of the country.  Which means he got a 100%, the first one to score full marks in JEE. Kalpit Veerwal’s father is a nurse in M B government hospital his mother is a teacher at a government school.

Setting his own terms for success he did not succumb to the pressures of going to Kota or Hyderabad, which are considered Mecca of IIT. He says that he wanted to enjoy his studies and therefore he was confident going to the local coaching institutes of his hometown Udaipur.

Kalpit did not miss a single class in school and after coming from school he studied for six hours. He loves playing cricket and badminton. To fight stress and get refreshed once again he listens to music. Kalpit has also topped Indian Science Olympiad in class 1X and National Talent Search Examination in Class X.
