Haryana minister now threatens Mamata Bannerji with 'Surpnaka' jibe

New Delhi, Nov 25: There is again a foot-in-mouth moment for Haryana BJP minister Suraj Pal Amu. He has literally threatened the West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Bannerji. According to ANI, while talking to media Amu has said that the West Bengal CM should understand her limit. He went on to say that thy know how to deal with the women who have devilish leanings adding that such women would be given the same treatment what was meted out to Surpnakha. 

Surpnakha is a mythological character who is the devil king Ravana's sister. According to Ramayana, her nose was chopped off by Lord Rama's brother Lakshaman as she was seducing him to marry her.

Amu was refering to Mamata Bannerji's statement where she said that she supports Padmavati and will ensure a smooth release of the film.

On earlier occasions too the BJP minister has jumped the guns an mouthed some unsavory comments on women.
