New Delhi (Anish Yande): Vivo is set to launch a new mid-range smartphone in the upcoming month. The Vivo S9 is expected to be launched in March 2021. Meanwhile, Vivo is also planning another Vivo device in the new S9 series.
A tipster from China recently revealed the pricing information and key specs of the Vivo S9e.
Expected Prices of Vivo S9e:
Vivo S9e is expected to be available in storage variants of 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage.
According to tipped information, the Vivo S9e could cost CNY 2,298, which is around Rs 25,600, for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant. The Vivo S9e could come with a price tag of CNY 2,598, which is around Rs 29,100 for the 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage variant.
Expected Specs of Vivo S9e:
Vivo S9e could feature a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Vivo device could come with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a pixel density of 565 ppi. The Vivo S9e could come with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
The Vivo S9e comes with a triple rear camera setup with a primary sensor of 64 megapixels with an aperture of f/1.9 and an ultrawide angle lens secondary sensor of 12 megapixels. The triple camera setup of the Vivo device also comes with a 12 megapixels sensor with an aperture of f/2.4.
The selfie snapper of the Vivo S9e is housed in a waterdrop-style notch. The selfie snapper is expected to be a primary sensor of the 32-megapixel Samsung GD1 sensor.
The Vivo S9e is expected to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC paired with an Adreno 610 GPU.
Vivo S9e could pack a 4,100mAh battery, with fast charging support of 33W Turbocharging. The Vivo device is most likely to run on OS based on Android 11, out-of-the-box.
Connectivity features of the Vivo S9e include a 5G, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Other features include an accelerometer, gyro, and proximity sensor along with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
