New Delhi (Anish Yande): Realme Buds Air 2 is the next device from Realme, set to launch in the next week. The specifications of the Buds Air 2 have been revealed prior to its launch on February 24. The key specs and features of the earbuds have been listed on Realme's official website along with the design of the product.
The launch event of the Realme Buds Air 2 would commence at 12.30 PM IST on February 24. The true wireless stereo earbuds are the successor to the Realme Air Buds, which were launched in December 2019. The design of the Realme Buds Air 2 could be similar to the Realme Buds Air Pro. The Air Buds Pro was launched in 2020.
Realme has worked with The Chainsmokers for the development of the Buds Air 2. The earbuds have been 'Tuned by the Chainsmokers', according to the website.
Specs and features of Realme Buds Air 2:
The earbuds of the Realme Buds Air 2 could come with 10mm diamond-class Hi-Fi drivers. The earbuds are expected to be equipped with silicon ear tips that provide active noise cancellation. The Buds Air 2 provides better bass and clearer sound along with better frequency response.
The true wireless earbuds would provide Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). The active noise cancellation of the Realme Buds Air 2 has been rated at 25 decibels. The ANC is lesser than the 35 decibels ANC rating provided by Realme Buds Air Pro.
The Realme Buds Air 2 comes with a gaming mode that provides a low latency of 88 milliseconds.
Buds Air 2 is expected to offer 25 hours of media playback with Active Noise Cancellation. With the ANC enabled, the earbuds would offer 22.5 hours of playback. Realme has claimed that the Buds Air 2 would offer two hours of playback on a charge of 10 minutes.
