New Delhi (Anish Yande): Realme is set to launch the 5G variants of Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro in India. The Twitter handle of the Chinese smartphone maker confirmed the upcoming launch of the Realme 8 5G series in India.
According to tipsters, a device expected to be the Realme 8 5G had recently received certifications from BIS and FCC which hints at an imminent launch of the Realme device.
Expected Prices of Realme 8:
Realme 8 is available in storage variants of 4GB RAM and 64GB storage and 4GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Realme 8 in the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, comes at a price of Rs 14,999. The Realme device, in 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, is priced at Rs 16,999.
The Realme device is available in color variants of Cyber Silver and Cyber Black.
Specs and features of Realme 8:
Realme 8 features a 6.4 inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. Realme 8 comes with a screen-to-body ratio of 20:9 and a peak brightness of 1000nits. The Realme device comes with a touch-sampling rate of 180Hz.
Realme 8 features a quad rear camera setup with a primary sensor of 64 megapixels with an aperture of f/1.8. The Realme device comes with an ultrawide angle lens secondary sensor of 8 megapixels with an aperture of f/2.5. The quad-camera setup of the Realme 8 also consists of dual 2 megapixels cameras, macro, and black and white sensor with an aperture of f/2.2.
The selfie snapper of the Realme 8 is a 16-megapixels sensor. Realme 8 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 processor paired with Mali-G76 MC4 GPU.
The Realme device packs a 5,000 mAh battery, with fast charging support of 30W DartCharge. The Realme 8 would run on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 OS, out-of-the-box.
Connectivity features of the Realme 8 include a 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
