New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan has opened up about her first meeting with new half-brother, who was born in February this year to her father Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Sara along with her friends visited her father's house in Mumbai after the delivery of the baby. In an interview, she opened up about her first meeting with the newborn and said that he was a 'ball of cuteness'.
"He looked at me and smiled at me and I just melted," Sara told News18. “He is just a ball of cuteness. My running joke with my father is that he’s had a child in every decade of his life- in his 20s, 30s, 40s, and now he is in his 50s. He is really very lucky to enjoy four different avatars of fatherhood (laughs). This child is going to bring even more joy and excitement to my father and Kareena’s life and I couldn’t be happier for them."
Sara Ali Khan shares adorable equation with Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's elder child, Taimur Ali Khan. Besides tying him rakhi every year, she often visits him on festivals and posts cute pictures. In an earlier interview, she had revealed that Tamiur calls her "Gol".
Announcing the new baby's arrival, Saif had said in a statement, “We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well-wishers for their love and support." Sara is Saif's daughter from his previous marriage, to Amrita Singh. She also has a brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan.
While their elder child Taimur is media's darling, the couple has this time refrained from posting pictures of their newborn on social media. While Kareena has at times taken to Twitter to show glimpses of the newborn, she has not revealed the face of the child. Moreover, after controversy over Taimur's name, the couple has also not revealed the name of their newborn.
