New Delhi: Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has recently recovered from covid-19 after staying home quarantined all the while. The 37-year-old Bollywood star had tested positive for the novel coronavirus in April. In an Instagram post on Saturday, Kaif said after testing negative she decided to let her body heal at its own pace.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Katrina shared a photo in which she is seen all pumped up to sweat it out. Sharing a note, Katrina wrote, "Back at it Post covid I’ve had to be patient with myself in terms of getting back to exercise- u have to go at your own pace and listen to your body, u have good days and then days when u feel exhausted again . Going slow and trusting your body s healing process and giving yourself time . Step by step."

Directed by Gurmeet Singh, the film will mark Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter, and Siddhant Chaturvedi's first film together. It is being backed by Excel Entertainment and is slated to release this year. Katrina will next be seen in "Sooryavanshi", opposite actor Akshay Kumar. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty is slated to hit the screens on April 30.
