New Delhi: Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal entered the entertainment industry as an assistant director of the film Gangs Of Wasseypur in 2012. He then made his acting debut with Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana in a supporting role. Vicky Kaushal had his breakthrough with the 2016 film Masaan that was released on July 24.

As the film completes 6 years today, July 24, Vicky Kaushal took to his Instagram account to share a photo of himself as Deepak from Masaan. He is seen posing in a gunji at the backdrop of a river. He then shared a photo of the team in which his co-stars Shweta Tripathi and Richa Chadda were also there. In the caption, the Love Per Square Foot actor wrote, "24th July 2015.. He captioned his post, "24th July 2015. #forevergrateful (sic)."
Thereafter, he shared a video, wherein he can be seen lipsynching to a track from ‘Masaan’. In the caption of the video, he wrote - “From me to you, for all the love you have given… far more than I ever dreamed of, probably more than I deserve. Thank You very much for these beautiful 6 years! Aap hain toh main hu, aapka pyaar nahi toh main kuch bhi nahi.”
On the work front, Vicky Kaushal has an incredible lineup of exciting films. He has completed the shooting of the much-awaited Shoojit Sircar directorial ‘Sardar Udham Singh’. He is playing the character of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw in the biopic titled ‘Sam Bahadur’ which is being directed by Meghna Gulzar. Both Vicky and Meghna have previously collaborated in ‘Raazi’. Vicky has shot for a YRF film directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya.
