Delhi High Court directs an emergency meeting, suggests implementing odd even

New Delhi, Nov 9: Delhi High Court directs that an emergency meeting should be called by Union Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change secretary with Chief Secretaries of NCR states & pollution control agencies within three days on pollution. The Court has come own heavily on the persistent problem of pollution.

Delhi High Court also directed to consider possibility of cloud seeding as a measure to control pollution. 

Odd even scheme last year had unclogged the city, therefore Delhi HC asks Delhi government to consider implementing "odd even vehicle movement scheme" as a short term measure.
