Congress will lose votes if I give speech: Digvijay Singh

New Delhi, Oct 15: Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that Congress will lose votes if he campaigns for the party or give any speech.

In a video that surface here on Tuesday, the former MP Chief Minister has made a candid confession that Congress will lose votes in the upcoming polls if he campaigns for the party or give any speech during campaigning.According to ANI, Digvijaya Singh while meeting Congress workers appears to be saying that his speeches damage the Congress and lead to the cutting of votes, which is why he is not speaking at any public rally or making public appearances.Watch the video here: 

Congress cannot win the state elections if party workers do not put in an effort, he added. The party workers should work for the candidate even if he is their enemy, he advised.“Jisko ticket mile, chahe dushman ko mile, jitao. Aur mera kaam kewal ek, koi prachar nahi, koi bhashan nahi. Mere bhashan dene se toh Congress ke vote kat te hain, isliye main jata nahi”, Digvijaya Singh said to Congress party workers in Bhopal.
