Cabinet Reshuffle: Uncertainty over JD(U) and AIADMK persists

New Delhi,Sep 2: There is lot of buzz in the corridors of power which is gaining momentum by each passing hour. There are many uncertainities on multiple fronts. It is not about the cabinet reshuffle anymore, it's about who are in and what will be their respective portfolios. This is because the chosen ones will be the men in army of PM Narendra Modi who will are in keeping the General Elections of 2019 in mind.

According to the latest reports pouring in there is uncertinity over the participation of JD(U).  It is expected that the internal squabbling within the AIADMK may not give them an opportunity to be a part of the Cabinet. The Shiv Sena is also saying that it has not received any communication from the BJP till the time this story was being published. All these three parties, who were expected to be a part of the new expanded cabinet say that they have not been informed about the reshuffle. 

Several new faces, including some from the BJPs allies, are expected to join the government when Prime Minister Narendra Modi undertakes a reshuffle of his council of ministers on Sunday.
It will be the third such exercise since he took over in May 2014.
"A process has been set in motion for the swearing-in ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan at around 10 am on Sunday," a top government official said.
Four junior ministers - Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Sanjiv Kumar Balyan, Faggan Singh Kulaste,Kalraj Mishra and Mahendra Nath Pandey - have resigned ahead of the rejig.
Uma Bharti has also offered to resign, said BJP sources.
Bharti, who is the water resources minister, said only Shah or anyone on his behalf can speak on the issue.
"The media sought my reaction on reports in circulation since yesterday. I have said that I have not heard the question, will not hear nor will I answer it," she tweeted.
Shah had met Modi yesterday and the two leaders are understood to have finalised the changes in the council of ministers.
