Maruti Suzuki Alto gets expensive: Read new price list of petrol & CNG models

New Delhi: India's largest car company Maruti Suzuki has increased the price of its cheapest car. The  company has made the prices of its Maruti Suzuki Alto expensive by up to Rs 12,000.  The company has increased the prices of both its petrol and CNG models.  After the increased prices, now the Delhi ex-showroom price of Maruti Suzuki Alto has gone up to Rs 3.25 lakh instead of Rs 3.15 lakh.

At the same time, the price of its top model of CNG has gone up to Rs 4.95 lakh instead of Rs 4.83 lakh.  Today we are going to tell you about the new and used prices of all the variants of Maruti Alto.  Apart from this, we will also tell you about the increase in its prices.  So let's have a look:

Engine

Maruti Suzuki Alto is powered by a 796 cc, 3-cylinder, 12-valve engine.  Its engine produces 48PS of maximum power at 6000 rpm and peak torque of 69Nm at 3500 rpm.  Alto's engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.  Its petrol model gives mileage of up to 22.05 kmpl.  At the same time, its CNG model gives a mileage of 31.59 km per kg.
