New Delhi (Anish Yande): The initial public offering of Krsnaa Diagnostics has opened on Wednesday. Krsnaa Diagnostics is aiming to raise Rs 1,213.33 crore through the IPO. Check all details of the Krsnaa Diagnostics initial public offering before subscribing.
Key things to know about Krsnaa Diagnostics IPO:
Krsnaa Diagnostics' initial public offer amounts up to 1,342,4000 equity shares. The IPO of Krsnaa Diagnostics consists of a fresh issue of up to Rs 400 crore at Rs 5 per equity share. The offer-for-sale amounts up to 8,525,520 equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 per share worth Rs 813.33 crore.
The OFS consists of equity shares that would be offloaded by promoters. Kitara PIIN 1104 would be selling off 33,40,713 equity shares. 35,63,427 equity shares would be offloaded by Somerset Indus Healthcare Fund I. Lotus Management Solutions would offload 21,380 equity shares. The total offer size amounts to Rs 1,213.33 crore.
Krsnaa Diagnostics IPO closes on August 6. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 933 to 954 per equity share. Investors can bid on a minimum lot size of 15 shares with a maximum application size of Rs 14,310. At the higher-end, the issue is at 195 shares with a limit of Rs 186,030 as the application amount.
QIB's can bid from reserved shares of 75 per cent. The non-institutional investors bid from reserved 15 per cent and retail investors can bid from a reserved 10 per cent share.
The net proceeds from the issue will be used for repaying existing loans and general corporate purposes. Krsnaa Diagnostics would use the funds for establishing diagnostics centres in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.

The diagnostics firm provides services such as pathology, imaging, routine clinical laboratory tests, radiology services, and teleradiology services. As of December 31, 2020, Krsnaa Diagnostics has more than 1,801 diagnostic centres that provide radiology and pathology services across 13 different cities.
