New Delhi (Anish Yande): Gold Prices in India have risen slightly within this week. The gold futures on the MCX have fallen to Rs 49,209 for 10 grams. The prices were increasing for three consecutive days with a decrease on Saturday. Through the week, gold prices rose by Rs 1,200 for 10 grams.
Today's Gold, Silver Prices:
The National Gold rate today for 10 grams of 22-carat gold is stated at Rs 48,330. Today, 24-carat gold of ten grams costs Rs 49,330. The 24-carat gold rate is currently at the same rate as yesterday.
The National silver rate has had a rise in prices this past week. The price on Saturday is Rs ₹64,010 for 1 kilogram of silver. The silver prices had increased by Rs 10 in yesterday's comparison.
The gold rate for 10 grams of 24-carat gold in Chennai fell by Rs 40 to Rs 50,750. In Chennai, the gold rate for 22-carat gold for 10 grams is Rs 46,520.
City Gold, Silver Rates in India:
In Delhi, the gold rate for 10 grams of 22-carat gold is Rs 48,050 The gold rate for 10 grams of 24-carat gold in the national capital was recorded at Rs Rs 52,640. The gold rate for 10 grams of 24-carat gold increased by Rs 10 in Delhi.
Cities such as Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Bangalore reported a significant rise in gold rates as compared to yesterday. The gold rate for 22-carat gold in 10 grams rose to Rs 45,900 in these cities. The gold rate for 10 grams of 24-carat gold was recorded at Rs 52,640 in Lucknow and Jaipur.
The silver futures on MCX rose higher to Rs 63,848 per kg by 0.3 percent. Gold prices have been impacted as the rupee rose against the US dollar. The rupee has risen against the dollar as the RBI revised the GDP target for the current fiscal year. The rupee closed at 73.80 against the US dollar on Friday. The rupee rose by 13 paise.
