BREAKING: Twin blasts in Russian metro, at least 10 killed

New Delhi: Several people have been injured in twin blasts that rocked a underground metro in St Petersburg in Russia. Russian media is reporting at least 10 casualties. At least 50 have been injured. Eight metro stations have been closed. Media reports say that Russian President is currently in St Petersberg.
