Big B calls of the shooting due to Sridevi's demise

New Delhi, Feb 26: The shoot of the song “ Badduummbaaa” of director Umesh Shukla’s upcoming film “102 Not Out” was called off. This happened due to the sudden demise of the Bollywood icon Sridevi.

The shooting of the song was scheduled to start on Sunday with actor Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor but was postponed later. The song has been composed by Big B. The Director stated ‘ Yes giving respect to the sudden and untimely demise of the legendary actress Sridevi, we decided to call off the shoot which was scheduled for Sunday for the movie ‘102 Not Out’. May God give peace to her soul and strength to her family”

There has been no talk on the next date for the shoot to happen. Amitabh’s character will be seen as 102-year-old father whereas Rishi Kapoor has been portrayed as 75 years old son. It is supposed to be an unusual father and son-lover story.

The film is based on playwright Saumya Joshi’s well known Gujarati play by the same name. The film is likely to release on May 4, 2018.
