New Delhi: Deliveries of the newly-launched Honda CB350RS motorcycle has started all over India, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has announced. The Honda CB350RS was launched in India last month with a starting price of Rs. 1.96 lakh.
The newly launched motorcycle is being sold throughout India with a BigWing range of dealerships. The Honda CB350RS has joined the Honda H’ness CB350, Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports and the Honda CBR1000RR-R, which are motorcycles sold by Honda BigWing.
The Honda CB350RS is similar to the Honda H’ness CB350 which was launched last year, but a little bit of changes have been done. The CB350RS has a blacked-out design theme which is totally opposite to the chrome finish that the H’ness CB350 has. The engine remains untouched in terms of looks. On the other hand, exhaust a lot less chrome than before. Everything is blacked-out including side panels, front and rear fender, headlamp encasing, front suspension and horn.
Some more changes have also been added which includes a new LED tail lamp design, new LED indicators, a new seat design, front fork gators and a new skid plate under the engine has been provided. He has been given different tyres front (100/90) and back (150/70) including bigger block patterns which makes it look like a scrambler motorcycle.
The motorcycle is powered by a 350cc and includes the same chassis, gearbox with slip and assist clutch. It is air-cooled and fuel injected, single-cylinder engine that makes 15.5 kW of power and 30 Nm of torque. It also provides an identical semi-digital instrument cluster which shows information like gear position indicator, distance to empty and real time fuel consumption. Moreover, there has been a bit change in the design in the form of new rear-set footpegs.
There are two color options available for CB350RS: Radiant Red Metallic and Black with Pearl Sports Yellow.
