New Delhi: After 44 guns and 117kgs of meat of wild, endangered and protected animals were unearthed from the house of a 1971 War hero and a national shooter's home, many more sleazy tales are popping out.
The police have arrested a Slovenian national and two Delhi shooters. This arms smuggling and poaching racket appears to be getting bigger. Directorate of Revenue Intelligence officials said the arrests may only be the tip of a major network of poachers and arms dealers.
Cops are hunting intensely for the main accused Prashant Bishnoi who is a national-level shooter and son of retired colonel Devendra Kumar Bishnoi who is a 1971 war veteran.
I-T department will also look into the hunting and poaching case. Many celebrities and cricketers are also under the scanner, according to the media reports.
