Anushka Sharma's Health Secrets!


Anushka Sharma got hitched to Virat Kohli on December 11, 2017 in a private affair in Italy. So it is only obvious that this diva's beautiful physique and fitness regime must be known to everyone. Anushka, who is often seen donning bathing suits never shies away from flauting her fit figure. And, why would she? The stunning diva does some real hard work to achieve and maintain her fab body.

Here she reveals some of her diet secrets: 

What is your diet like?

My diet is generally a mix of carbs, proteins and healthy fats. 


So then how do you stay in shape?

When I say I eat everything, it does not mean I don’t eat healthy food. I eat food in small proportions and religiously work out four to five times a week. 


What is your top tip to stay in shape?

Eat healthy food and workout regularly. If you want to stay in shape, you must do both in equal measure.   


What is the one healthy habit you’re glad you have?

I am glad that I love working out. It’s one healthy habit I think everyone should have. 


Which exercise move has given you the best result to date?

Doing weight training and a cardiovascular workout has always given me good results.
