New Delhi: The Narendra Modi government and India's think tank, Niti Ayog, are leaving no stone unturned to leapfrog India into a cashless society. The private sector is already being roped in for this major cashless push
The government first wants to train the Indians for cashless payments. In this direction, the government has asked all private companies to train their employee in cashless operations by creating a digital payment help desk in the offices. The staff at the help desk will guide the employees on various aspects of cashless transactions.
This effort has already been started within the government. In fact, PM Modi's staff in his office are being trained by officers in cashless transactions (News24Bureau)
